Antwan “Big Boi” Patton revealed an official photo from The Dungeon Family’s GQ feature article via BigBoi.com earlier this morning.

As you know, I posted a few behind the scenes photos HERE that caused quite a bit of flack amongst a few DF member that weren’t quite UP on their social media game.

One DF member who from this moment on shall forever remain nameless on this site, popped off at the mouth about me posting the pics, but got shut down when I came back at him.

I was seriously feeling some kinda way about the situation, being as though I’ve supported these knee-grows even when they’re sitting at home doing nothing.

So… after a slew of apologies from dayum near everyone except the one who shall forever remain nameless, I’ve decided to lift my ban because I know in my heart One Monkey Don’t Stop No Show.

But I digress…

The full article will be available on newsstands in a few days, October 28th to be exact.

Looks like Glee’s Lea Michele wasn’t the only star from the FOX show to wear ASOS to the L.A. premiere of Glee creator Ryan Murphy’s new show, American Horror Story. Co-star Jayma Mays also wore a piece from the online retailer, choosing a mustard horse print sweater, and pairing it with a Rachel Zoe plaid jacket and Brian Atwood ‘Starlet’ pumps.

I’m sure you guys are more than tired of hearing about my love of ASOS, but just to offer more proof that my infatuation is genuine, lol, I currently have this sweater on my shopping wishlist.

Maternity leave, who? Beyoncé is not letting her pregnancy slow her down one bit. In addition to releasing a new album earlier this year, the R&B songstress debuted her second fragrance, Pulse. She crisscrossed all over NYC wearing her best smile, and best designer gear, proving that pregnancy doesn’t mean style has to take a vacation.

She started off her day at Bloomingdale’s in a lavender gown with knot detailing beneath the bust, and ruching at the sleeves. It’s an easy, relaxed dress perfect for a woman with an expanding waistline. If you’re looking for something similar, try this Rachel Pally ‘Meme’ maxi dress.

The Georgia execution of inmate Troy Davis, has created a worldwide protest against the death penalty and it’s also bringing awareness to other cases where Blacks were mistreated by the legal system in Georgia.

Davis’ execution is but one example of a Georgia’s unbalanced justice system, and many GA residents including Big Boi and Killer Mike have joined in the march for truth being that there was way too much doubt in the case for the state to take this man’s life.  Television Judge Greg Mathis even expressed outrage, stating that Georgia had “blood on it’s hands” for proceeding with the execution.

Well it’s not the first mistake Georgia has made, but maybe we can make it the last….

Lena Baker, an African-American mother of three holds the esteemed honor of being the only woman ever electrocuted in Georgia’s electric chair, she was also issued a pardon 6 decades after her 1945 death by execution.

Baker was convicted for the fatal shooting of E.

Aaliyah Dana Haughton died 10 years ago today in a fiery plane crash on August 25, 2001 in the Bahamas after filming the music video for her single “Rock the Boat” and today many have honor her memory.

As I was perusing videos of the fallen star, I came across several interviews that revealed how humble and beautiful Aaliyah was even though her star was steadily rising.

A few I found interesting were Beyonce’s interview of Aaliyah on the red carpet of the 2001 MTV Video awards (where Aaliyah and Diddy also presented an award), Aaliyah’s final BET 106&Park appearance (where she premiered her “We Need A Resolution” video), and Aaliyah’s appearance on The Late Show.

Check out those clips PLUS a few photos below:

I also spotted a few photos over at SandraRose (who actually took this iconic photo of Lisa Left Eye Lopez, T-Box and Aaliyah)
