Country singing starlet Taylor Swift has a pretty reliable style. Glitter/sequins on the red carpet, and a fitted waist/flared skirt on her off days. You can almost always count on her ensembles to fall into one of those two categories. Predictable? Sure. But a sign of bad style? Not at all.
If you know what you like, and know what works for you, there’s nothing wrong with continuously going back to those things. Case in point, actress Kate Winslet and her love for a certain Stella McCartney dress. She liked it enough to wear it twice, and get it in more than one color.
If Taylor’s outfits are consistently this cute, why should she dramatically switch it up if she doesn’t want to? She has a highly relatable style, and wears items that don’t have ridiculously high price tags.
Well, except for the occasional designer piece here and there like her $1200 Fendi ‘New Silvana’ bag. Taylor was spotted out in NYC carrying the blue patent leather bag, pairing it with a casually chic ensemble.
A navy cable knit sweater, with a pleated yellow skirt, and red flats that matched her matte red lip completed her look. It’s a stylish little outfit that’s easily recreated, and you can find several options to do just that below:
