Actress Paula Patton was all smiles at Tuesday (Jul 19) night’s Miu Miu Presents Lucrecia Martel’s “Muta” event in Beverly Hills. The Jumping The Broom star, who has an upcoming role in the latest Mission: Impossible film, donned a cobalt blue Miu Miu dress, and black patent Prada heels for the occasion.

Bold, solid colors have been on trend for a few seasons now, and it’s easy to see why when it looks as good as it does on Paula. The blue pops against her skin, and she glows in such a fun, lively hue. Her shoe choice probably could’ve used a bit more of a ‘wow’ factor, but with the brightness of her dress, I can understand why Paula went basic with the footwear.
