Showing she’s just like the rest of us, Rihanna’s been taking a pass lately on the sky high stilettos and tight fitting bodycon dresses, opting for a more laid back, relatable look during some recent downtime.
She’s been taking to the street of New York City wearing oversized button down shirts, casual shorts, and flats, specifically a pair of Prada wing-tip espadrille oxfords, aka ‘Creepers.’ The shoes, a decidedly non-traditional take on the classic lace-up oxford, are only for the fashionably adventurous.
Available exclusively at Saks for $795, the shoes are made of a glazed leather, and feature a one inch espadrille platform, with a bi-color half an inch foam heel below that. They aren’t the most attractive of shoes, but they’re popular with the celeb set, having been seen on everyone from Elle Fanning, to Mary-Kate Olsen, to Selita Ebanks.
Hollywood loves them, but do you?
